About Mitali

Mitali is a community based housing association with a clear focus on local needs in East London. Based in Tower Hamlets we have developed over 90 new homes in the last decade. Our work is primarily centred around the Sylheti speaking community, one of the most disadvantaged in the UK.

Mitali’s strength is underpinned by:

• local control, involvement, and accountability
• commitment to meeting the needs of the community
• benefits gained through membership of the Network Group

Mitali’s skills and resources make us a first choice partner for regeneration projects involving our community. As a partner Association for Tower Hamlets Housing Choice we are using our strengths and experience to improve housing conditions in Wapping, Stepney and Bethnal Green.
